Periodification of income and expenses

Have a tool to be able to generate accounting records “automatically”

Allow accounting account numbers to be updated in bulk

To be able to update and change accounting account numbers en masse in Excel when there are already created entries

List all invoices that have no tax assigned to them in the Tax Summary

This improvement would make it possible to have, in the Tax Summary section, a list of all Sales and Purchasing invoices without associated tax.

To be able to see the accumulated balance by filtering by dates in the general ledger

In this way, once you have set the filter on a date range, despite the balance in that range, you can see the accumulated balance up to the date in question.

Be able to write accounting accounts by replacing zeros with a dot (624.1)

This improvement would allow you to write accounting accounts using a period, instead of writing down as many zeros as there are digits in the account. Example: we would write 624.1, instead of 62400001 (in the case of having the configuration in 8 digits)

Summary of Debit and Habit as you go along

In this way, as you dot, you can know how much you have stitched and how much you neglect the debt and credit of the dotted movements. And only allow tapping when the sum of the must and the credit matches

Be able to scan payroll

Allow the scanning of payrolls and the generation of their corresponding accounting entry

Download the .pdf of the purchase invoices in the same order as they appear in the Record Book

This improvement would allow you to download the .pdf files of the purchase invoices following the same internal numbering order that appears in the Record Book of Received Invoices. In the case of requirements and justification through invoices, the process would be more streamlined, since the files downloaded are already available in the same order as in the Record Books.

Be able to file Form 309 (non-periodic liquidation)

If you are self-employed and are not required to submit form 303 and make a purchase within the European Union, you will submit, on a timely basis, form 309 to declare that VAT.

That agency users are the only ones who can block and unlock accounting periods

It is important that the control of this modality, if there is a consultancy within Holded, is responsible for making these changes.
