Be able to generate payroll from Holded

To be able to generate and calculate payroll from Holded, manage the work part

Customize the organization's working hours according to each agreement and employee.

To be able to indicate, for example, summer time to the appropriate employee.

Report the day of the vacation request

By law, it is important to know if the worker informed the company about their vacation in advance.

Be able to quickly import payroll PDFs

Currently, if someone has 30 employees, they must upload 30 PDF documents and also to be able to bring the payroll history to Holded. It could be identified by the NIF of the file name

Vacation Actions

To be able to have not only administrators but employees the possibility to modify or cancel vacations. Right now only the administrator has the option to do so

Add a column with IBAN information to the list of employees

Currently this information already exists but there is no column in the employee table. This would facilitate the control of information and allows this information to be downloaded to Excel.

Complaints Statement Mailbox

Where employees can report an incident anonymously or not and that they select who they want to be their manager of the complaint, of those who have previously been managed are the administrators

Add option to request hourly absence

With this option, you can request Absences with a range other than a full day or half a day.

Have a common board for all employees where documents and information could be shared with everyone

For example, collective agreements, internal communication, regulations, company information.

Report on holidays, days worked, excused absences..

Have a report with all the information together so as not to remove it from different different reports. For example, if I have 23 business days, indicate this information in the employee or analytical form: Worked days: 19 Vacation days: 2 Days of excused absences (moving): 1 Holidays: 1 Total hours worked (calculated on the platform): 161.5 hours
