Volume discount

Be able to apply automatic discounts based on the number of units added to an order.

Be able to indicate stock alarm depending on the warehouse

We currently have all the units in all the warehouses. It would be interesting to designate alarms for product units per warehouse. Very useful if you want better control over each warehouse of existing units.

To be able to generate an “unvalued” purchase order where the summary of BI, VAT and Total is not shown.

This way we could send the PDF of the purchase order to the supplier without the need to show the amounts.

Being able to create a purchase order from sales orders

Currently when you place a sales order and you are out of stock, we suggest buying units for that order. It will be interesting to expand this functionality where several sales orders with products from the same supplier can be converted to a single purchase order to be sent to your supplier.

Be able to convert budgets into recurring invoices

That you could go from a budget to a recurring bill. Currently, you can only convert it to a normal invoice, which means that you have to manually make the recurring invoice.

Generate email when units reach stock alarm units

You can currently indicate a stock alarm, but it is merely visual in the product list. It would be interesting if a notification would be sent in the form of a push-up or email.

Have the components of the packs specified in the documents.

Have the option of having the components of a pack appear when it is added to a document. Above all, when serving the order, it is necessary for the warehouse to have the full breakdown of the pack in order to serve all the material.

Be able to indicate an alarm by expiration date in batches

Being able to have an alarm or notification when a lot is about to expire so you can pick it up or sell it.
