Create custom reports

To be able to design your own personalized reports, allowing us to concentrate and analyze the data that really interests us.

To be able to have a date filter that is “forever”

It allows you to see the entire history with a contact without having to use the filter.

Next—Previous: To be able to move on to the next document, entry, accounting account or product without having to return to the list

It is very common to have to review several documents in a row or many entries. Currently, when opening a journal, document or accounting account, it is necessary to return to the list to proceed next by clicking on it. It would be very useful to have a button when viewing documents or entries that would allow you to move to the next one more easily.

Being able to have an internal chat between users in this way would be all centralized in Holded and we would not use third-party applications.

Be able to export data as entered in the Holded “search engine”

That when using the “search engine” for tables, if we export in Excel or PDF, it will export only what we are viewing. As you do with the filter, you can use the search engine as a filter.

Maintain search filters when accessing and saving or exiting a product, contact or project

Keep the general and date filters for the list of products and contacts when you access a product and contact and save it, go back and when you create a new one and return to the list.

To be able to leave the columns of documents, contacts, journal to show/view fixed by default

Right now, if you choose to view certain columns and hide others in the list of invoices, for example, due to cookies, the next day the Holded default columns are restored, you cannot customize it and leave it fixed.

Add webhooks to Holded API endpoints.

This would make it possible to allocate less resources to own developments in addition to making the necessary code much easier, frequency of calls and being able to make applications integrated with Holded that are currently not possible or require too much development.

Be able to merge contacts

If you have several e-commerce stores and a contact purchases in both stores, this will result in a duplication of the contact. If we can merge the contact, we can unify the information and leave a single contact.
